qB (who I can't help but think of as Miss Frizzy) has been blogging about knitting in a very, very smart fashion lately. She thinks beautifully, and she also links beautifully - to the intriguing Geek Knitting entry over at Making Light, which describes such hilarity as the Fibonacci Bunnies Border; simulatenous knitting of two socks, one inside the other; and the double-helix DNA cablestitch. Today, she's linking to knitted fractals. I can't even begin to contemplate the intarsia involved in those. Looking at all this stuff and her knitting blog, I'm massively intimidated and inspired. I'm thinking it's definitely time to move on and teach myself something beyond a garter stitch.
