slip
One of my students recently emailed me to let me know that she's experienced some medical problems. Among them is a slipped disk in her back, which I do have an immense amount of sympathy for. However, her email described it thusly:
"I slipped my back dick."

One of my students began an essay the other day with "One of the most important boobs of the 20th century..."
I just wrote "Janet Jackson?" in the margin.
