Dinner Conversation:
"Is Richard Dean Anderson the David Hasselhoff of sci fi? I think he is."
"Wait ... nah."
"Wait a minute! No! Kevin Sorbo is the David Hasselhoff of sci fi!"
"No. Kevin Sorbo is the Tom Selleck of sci fi. Scott Bakula is totally the David Hasselhoff."
"Well, that means that Richard Dean Anderson is therefore the Andy Griffith of sci fi. Macgyver equals The Andy Griffith Show and Stargate is Mayberry RFD."
"Except for the part where Andy and Helen got married and moved away in the first episode of RFD."
"Yes. Except for that part."

Ah, the esoteria of intimacy.

Kevin Sorbo is totally the David Hasselhoff of Andy Griffith.

I must admit to holding a soft spot in my heart for Richard Dean Anderson--I loved Quantum Leap. I'm thinking Stephen Furst is the Don Knotts of SciFi.

Sigh. I mean Scott Bakula, of course. No posting before 7am.

You can't really compare Andy Griffith to anyone. Andy Griffith had Opey and Aunt Bea. And... Helen Crump. Sorry, Andy has a rather sacred place in my black heart.

M - That's just because you think Andy's hot. ;)
