I made pumpkin bread yesterday from this recipe, with the addition of walnuts and zante currants. It tastes exactly like something that starts off with three cups of sugar, three eggs and a cup of oil should taste. Very holiday. I'd make it again, but not too often. And I'll cut back on the sugar the next time (as several commenters on the recipe suggest) - three cups is just too much sweetness.
