I am a deaf introvert. Sometimes people don’t believe me when I say that, but it’s true.

This week, I gave two lectures to my Sci/Tech Presentations class, held brief one-on-one conferences with each student, prepped and co-led a two-and-a-half hour seminar discussion on the first three chapters of Foucault’s The Order of Things, and delivered a conference paper.

It was mostly fun. It was all gratifying. But I’m going to go sit in a room by myself and be quiet for awhile now, I think.
