I held my last f2f class on Tuesday and finished their grading that afternoon. Just finished the online grading today and sent them the final email.

When I was an undergrad, I always imagined my professors grading papers very seriously in their offices or on their couches. Around senior year, I learned that ain’t the case. I wonder what my students imagine, or if I’m transparent enough that they imagine me calculating their grades while watching things like Good to See You Again, Alice Cooper*?

Now, must finish writing papers.

*That review is pretty accurate, by the way, except I think Alice doing “The Lady is a Tramp” in a toupee and tuxedo is one of the highlights.
