Sunday Soup
It’s like this outside.
So I let some boneless short ribs simmer all afternoon with some onion, garlic, and chiles.
Then I built a soup and made some cornbread. It’s just about ready now.

(a) Sadly, no. This is the first time all “winter” that temperatures have been anywhere near normal. It’s been in the 30s and 40s and we’ve had less than five inches of snow. Brown ground all around.
(b) Come on down! Got left over cornbread, too.
